Demetrius Brown is a dynamic leader with over two decades of expertise spanning technology, radio, and marketing. His career began at Entercom Communications Greensboro, where he quickly rose from board operator and on-air talent at 102Jamz—one of the nation's premier radio stations—to headboard operator and Executive Producer for high-profile live events such as Stuff the Bus, Super Jamz, Birthday Bash, and the NCAA East Carolina University Football broadcasts.

Demetrius's trajectory in the radio industry included pivotal roles as Promotions Director and Traffic Director for multiple stations within Entercom Greensboro, including 97.1 WQMG and 93.1 WPAW. These roles showcased his knack for strategic planning and operational excellence.

Recognizing the transformative power of technology and innovation, Demetrius founded Wayvve Inc., the parent company of Wayvve Nexus, Wayvve Radio, and Wayvve Pneuma Fest. In 2015, he co-founded FUBU Radio with Keith Perrin, co-founder of FUBU The Collection. He stepped away from the COO role in December 2024 to focus on helping people reach their defined level of success and build their legacies through Wayvve Inc., Food Truck Geo, and One Community, One Voice, One Vision 501c3. He also worked with FUBU's digital marketing team on their 2018 PUMA collaboration campaign.

In addition, Demetrius collaborated with Benaisha Poole Watson, owner of Prime One Home Loans and Prime One Lending Group, on structuring her personal brand. He has helped establish thriving daycares, schools, and other businesses, demonstrating his dedication to fostering growth and success across various sectors. As the founder of Wayvve Nexus, a top strategic planning firm, and Wayvve Radio, a gospel station that connects people with music inspired by the love of God, Demetrius continues to expand his impact in media and beyond. His passion and ability to build ecosystems that strategically foster economic growth for businesses come to life with Food Truck Geo, a platform that embodies the power of community.

In 2008, Demetrius founded One Community, One Voice, One Vision 501c3, a nonprofit to invigorate and improve the welfare of underprivileged and underserved communities through programs that promote health, encourage economic growth, fortify family bonds, and cultivate social unity and fairness. In 2015, Demetrius embraced a spiritual calling, joining Mount Zion Baptist Church under Bishop Pierce in Greensboro, NC. His commitment to faith led to his licensing as a Minister in 2016, and in 2023, he became an Ordained Elder, merging his professional expertise with his dedication to ministry.
